Digital files are delivered via email in required formats with technical documentation. Physical products are coordinated by our Production team. We handle post-delivery modifications and archive all project files for future reference.

Project Closure

We finalize the project with invoicing and payment processing, conduct retrospective meetings to gather insights, and request formal client feedback. This comprehensive closure ensures continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Feature List

We guide you towards feature framing focusing on the triggering event or situation, the motivation and goal, and the intended outcome. Following a collaborative approach, we define the opportunity we want to capture, highlighting the gap between the present state and the desired state.

User Stories

We translate the feature list to epics, defining the scope in greater detail so they can be easily understood by all stakeholders. User stories help to ensure that the end product will meet the needs of your users and align with the overall goals of the project. They also help to break down complex features into smaller, more manageable pieces that can be developed and tested in iterations.

Blockframes

We help the teams to stay focused thanks to blockframes, which are the minimum design units: Plain boxes where we forget about the layout and the components to focus only on the content, navigation, and main actions of the product. We create them right after approving the list of features and just before working on the wireframes.
